BBQArm Kit for Caravan or Trailer, Drawbar Mount, 1 Year Warranty. BBQARM is the must-have caravan and travel accessory for your outdoor barbecues.

Australian designed and built on the Gold Coast, this space-saving innovation simply mounts to your caravan drawbar or rear bar to create a sturdy 'out of the way' place for your BBQ. Swing it away when not using.

BBQARM Kit includes:

  • ARM - Black powder-coated galvanised steel in 3 lengths:
    • 650mm
    • 850mm
    • 1000m - New Heavy Duty Arm
  • TRAY - Chequer-plate aluminium with upturned edges
    • Regular tray, 560mm x 360mm (suits Weber Baby Q & Q2000)
    • Large tray, 700mm x 500mm (suits Ziggy and most other portable barbecues)
    • Either Aluminium or Black Powder-Coated Option
  • Universal Drawbar Mount (no-drill)
    • Fits 50mm/2"drawbar or rear bar

How do you assembly your BBQArm with Universal Drawbar Mount for Caravans?

  1. First start with loosen off the 2 bolts on the universal drawbar mount.
  2. When you have loosened the bolts, you want to place the mount into the position on your drawbar.
  3. With help of a shifting spanner, please tighten the bolts to secure the mount in place.
  4. After this, please unwind the handle to loosen the clamp on the front.
  5. Put the BBQArm into the correct position and tighten the handle.
  6. When the Arm is in place, you can now place the tray onto the square tube end of the arm.
  7. Last step is to tighten the locking screws/wing-nut to reduce any movement of the BBQArm.

  • How do I assembly my BBQArm with Universal Drawbar Mount for Caravans?
    Great question! It is actually very easy, please see below instructions:
    1. First start with loosen off the 2 bolts on the universal drawbar mount.
    2. When you have loosened the bolts, you want to place the mount into the position on your drawbar.

  • How heavy are the BBQArm models?

    Both two BBQArm models are between 7.5-8.5 kg including the arm, tray and mount. The larger tray is heavier than the regular sized tray.

  • How do I know what tray size I need?

    Great question! There are two sizes of the BBQArm trays – Regular or Large.

    The Regular is designed to fits BBQs as Weber Baby Q and Q2000. The regular size is 560mm x 360mm.

    While the Large tray is designed to fit larger BBQs as the Weber Family and Ziggy BBQs, with a size of 700mm x 500mm.

    So make sure to measure the BBQ you have to find out what tray will be best for you.

  • Can I install the BBQArm on either the front drawbar or rear bar on my Caravan?

    Thanks for your question! The BBQArm for caravan mount can fit either front or rear!

    However, you will need to consider the length of your arm to ensure enough space depending on installation. The arm lengths vary between 650 mm to 1000mm.

  • What is the BBQArm?

    The BBQArm is a swing-away arm designed to create more space when you’re on the move. They are designed to attach to your caravan or vehicle. 

    1. Mounting Bracket: There are two mount options of the BBQArm:
      Universal Drawbar Mount – designed to fit most caravan/camper drawbars/a-frames. The mount will fit without any welding or drilling.
      Vehicle Tow-Hitch Mount – The vehicle mount is designed to fit most Hayman Reese style tow-hitch receivers.

    2. Arm: The arms are made from galvanised, black textured power-coated tube. You are able to custom your BBQArm by choosing between 3 lengths:
      650mm
      850mm
      1000mm

    3. Tray: The BBQArm have two different tray sizes, either regular or large. They are both aluminium chequer-plate with approx. 20mm upturned edges.
      Regular size: 560 x 360 mm – This model is designed for BBQ such as Weber BabyQ and Weber 2000.
      Large size: 700 x 500 mm – The large tray is designed for bigger models such as Ziegler Browns, Ziggys and Weber Family.
  • What is the total capacity of the BBQArm models?

    The BBQArm models are designed for portable camping BBQs and have a capacity of up to 30 kg. However, it can also be used as a drink table, bench top, bait board or kitchen preparation.

  • Do I need to remove the BBQArm/BBQArm-Mate from my caravan to drive?

    This is a great question!

    The arm and mount of the BBQArm is designed to stay on at all times. While the BBQ and tray is required to be packed away prior to travel.

  • Can the BBQArm & BBQArm-Mate tolerate the Australian Climate?

    Yes they do. The BBQArm are designed for outdoor use in the Australian Conditions.
