Customer Reviews
Accurate monitoring, clear display, simple operati Review by Andrew WI upgraded from an agm system with the BM-1 shunt. This is mounted in my car to keep an eye on the battery running a fridge and other camping accessories. This new simarine system is such a nice upgrade. The screen is very easy to read, and the percentage calculation seems to be very reliable. The screen has limited buttons, but you can setup your system using the wifi app that’s actually pretty seamless unlike other companion apps. I like how you can continuously add to the system, adding shunts or sensors. You can also monitor multiple voltages, such as your auxiliary battery and your car starter battery. I have paired this with the Enerdrive elite 100ah lithium battery which does not have a Bluetooth shunt built in. I read reviews that the Enerdrive Bluetooth app in the 125ah and higher batteries wasn’t accurate compared to an external shunt. The cost of this simarine system was basically the cost difference between the elite 100ah and the btech 125ah. So it made sense to get the much more accurate shunt and external screen of the pico instead.(Posted on 8 June 2023)
