Black Jack MAXI Electric Trailer Jack with Clamp, 3 Year Warranty. The new generation of electric trailer jack technology. The Black Jack Maxi is a quantum leap in technology and represents the new generation of Black Jacks. Incorporating an Intelli-Brake motor that automatically cuts power to the jack at either fully retracted or fully extended. Remote control operation allows for easier hitching and unhitching and makes levelling your caravan a breeze. The new Black Jack Maxi boasts a ball bearing worm drive that is twice as efficient, faster and quieter, and generates a massive lift capacity of 2,000kg. All Black Jack Maxi’s come with a Pre-installed Anderson plug for easy “Plug and Play” connection. The kit includes-

- An installation wiring harness is also included with BJTJ-Maxi-1001. This harness includes a pre-wired Andersen plug at one end, a 30amp inline fuse, and battery terminals at the other end. The 5 meters of positive and negative B&S # 8 wires are encased in a protective cover.

Will the Black Jack Maxi fit my existing Jockey Wheel Clamp?
A standard jockey wheel's diameter is 50mm, the Back Jack Maxi is more robust at 60mm. So, the Black Jack will not fit in a standard jockey wheel clamp.

Is the Black Jack Maxi gas compliant?
Yes the Black Jack Maxi has been tested and is fully compliant with the Australian gas standard AS/NZS 5601.2:2020 + A1:2021.

How is the Black Jack Maxi powered?
All Black Jacks come pre-wired to a 50A Anderson plug, and require constant 12V power to operate. If your car or caravan does not have a suitable Anderson plug, consider our wiring harness.

How much power does the Black Jack Maxi draw during operation?
The Black Jack will pull 6A with no load, and a maximum of 28A under the maximal load of 2000kg.

I noticed the maxi won't work with an existing jockey wheel bracket, does it include a bracket?
Yes, it will include a bracket to mount to your drawbar.

Can I use my existing Black Jack bracket?
The Black Jack Maxi Bracket is the same patented bracket as the original.

Do I need to hold down the button to raise and lower the jack?
Yes, you will have to. However one upgrade on the new Maxi compared to the original Blackjack, is it now has a cut off when the jack is fully retracted.
