Will this Bushman lead w/Anderson plug work off a 12v battery and plug into a Dometic fridge?

Unfortunately the Bushman plug is not compatible with Dometic fridges.
Hi will this plug work with a EvaKool Koolmate KM80 Fridge/Freezer?
