Why buy the Gas Water Heater with a new 12V Pump?:

• The minimum pump pressure for the heater is 5 litre per minute, i.e., 0.5 bar
• While the Maximum pump pressure for the heater can't exceed 50 litre per minute, i.e., 5 bar

The Flojet Pump meets the follow requirements for the IHWS:

• The supply gas pressure is 2.75 kPa
• It is important that the water lines & fittings are in a good condition to and from the IHWS to ensure that there are no leaks. We recommend to use fittings such as John Guest type rather than 'barb' type fittings.
• It is recommended that the water is filtered prior to entry to the pump to ensure no particles interfere with the pump operation or compromise the heat exchanger in the IHWS.
• The heater is designed to produce water with a temperature rise of 37°C above ambient, at a flow rate of 5 litre per minute. Exceeding the flow rate will result in cooler water. If the ambient temperature is very low (i.e., close to freezing), the water in the supply tank will be cold, resulting in the cooler than expected water.

NOTE: The installation, commissioning and service must be performed by a licensed gas fitter, service agency, OEM or a gas supplier - If not, the warranty will be voided.

The new updated CAMEC digital instantaneous gas water heater is now available with 30% more power than the previous model. The increased performance of the instantaneous gas water heater provides continuous hot water with an increased water flow for daily use when caravanning.

The external housing, water and gas connection points remains unchanged on the new instantaneous gas water heater. This reduces the need to do any additional installation work should an upgrade to the new instantaneous gas water heater is required.

The Camec Instantaneous Water Heater system is an economical solution for RVs to supply constant hot water. Unlike 240V systems that draw massive current, clever design of this system means it can operate for many hours at maximum heating capacity from just one 9kg gas bottle! The digital controller gives you flexibility to set your desired water temperature plus peace of mind knowing the water temperature can be controlled so it will not be too hot for children.

One of the key benefits of an RV instantaneous water heater is that gas is only used when water flows (the water heater is activated by the initial flow of water through the system). The remote digital display not only allows you to set your desired water temperature, it also can turn the unit on an off; displays the current water temperature as the water is flowing plus it displays system error codes when required for simple problem solving.

Flojet 12V Triplex Water Pump, C-Tick Quad Fittings

The Flojet Triplex 12V Pump retains all the features of the previous model, 11 litres per minute water flow, 50 psi, automatic cut-off switch and now C-Tick approved. The pump is now supplied with two new Flojetquad port fittings which have been developed for the Australian RV market which uses John Guest and DM 12mm plumbing systems and tube. The 12mm OD tube connects directly into each quad port fittingthe need to purchase adaptors. This not only saves cost but allows for quicker installation.
