The Trailer Valet XL, 1 Year Warranty is the toughest, most compact trailer dolly on the market today. It shares the same great features as its little brother, but also comes with a few upgrades. The XL moves most trailers up to 4,500kg just using a crank handle or an 18V drill. It features dual, 9 inch tyres that can handle a ball weight of up to 400kg and positraction technology for making tight turns. The automatic brake engages when the handle is released for superior safety, making it ideal for large caravans, boats, construction and farm equipment, horse floats and flat bed trailers.

Notes:
- Drill attachment is provided upon purchase of the Trailer Valet XL
- The Trailer Valet XL should not be used on slopes and inclines more than 10 degrees on paved or concrete surfaces (this is subject to a variety of factors - please see manual)
- The Trailer Valet XL should not be pulled up or pushed down an incline
- The Trailer Valet XL should always be at the lower end of an incline
- The use of the power drill is not advised for movement on an incline
- This product will not work if you have a Tow Hitch that swivels (Please see the Trailer Valet Mover (#043705) as an alternative product or see the Trailer Valet XL Mounting Bracket in the accessories list to mount directly to the chassis)
Please note The Trailer Valet XL needs a minimum of 8-12% of the overall weight of the trailer at the Tow Hitch. For example a boat carries most of it's weight towards the back of the trailer. A solution for using the Trailer Valet XL on a boat trailer is adding weight to the tow hitch area to bring the tongue weight up to 8-12%.

Am I able to use the trailer valet xl mover with a DO35 hitch pin?
Unfortunately not, the Trailer Valet is not designed to be used with any hitches that swivel, this includes the DO35.

The Trailer Valet XL is only compatible with 50mm towballs.

What is the minimum distance from the top of the ball to the bottom of the wheel?

We would not recommend the Trailer Valet XL for your application.
Whilst it may do the job to get the trailer up the incline, the internal brake may not be best when going down hill.

No, the Trailer Valet XL should not be used on slopes or inclines greater than 10 degrees. This is subject to a variety of factors including alternate surfaces, weight distribution, change in weight capacity, use on multi-axle trailers, etc.

Where on an incline should the Trailer Valet XL be positioned?
The Trailer Valet XL should always be on the lower end of an incline or slope and should not be pushed down or pulled up the incline or slope.

Can I use my impact driver with the Trailer Valet?
You cannot use an Impact Drive with the Trailer Valet XL Mover. It is best to use a standard cordless drill.
