CowFish Wall Plate & Cable for Vantenna, 2 Year Warranty. The wall plate provides a 12V power supply for your television and is also a powered COAX splitter. It comes with two TV outputs, allowing you to connect and watch two televisions at the same time. The on/off switch let you to select the input; Antenna or Satellite.
Caravan television antennas are known as active antennas. This means that they require 12 volt power in order to receive a television signal. The Cowfish TV wall plate injects power through the COAX cable to the television antenna in order to power the amplifier and 4G filter.
When upgrading your antenna to a new model, confirm if you already have a power injector and if this unit is a 12 volt device or 5 volt. The VanTenna, like most caravan antennas, requires 12 volt.
