Comfort on the Road:
The Dometic Heki 2 admits lots of light and fresh air into caravans. A roller fly screen and darkening blind are mounted on the inner frame and can be adjusted independently or together. The window panel is easy to open using a metal bar handle and has pneumatic springs to hold it securely in place. A bad weather position keeps rain out while preventing the wind from lifting the panel. Enjoy fresh air and light at your own convenience.

The skylight comes with everything for installation other than the required mouting silicon.

What sort of plastic is the Heki Skylight made from (some sealants are not compatible with Polyethylene or polypropylene). I believe the hatch top is perpex but what is the base made of?

Dometic do not advise what plastic type the base of the Heki 2 is made of.
They do however recommend the use of a non hardening flexible butyl sealant when installing the Heki.

This refers to the roof thickness of the vehicle in which the skylight is being installed.

What is the height that this protrudes from the top of the roof. I want to ensure my van will still fit under my carport.

This skylight will protrude approximately 1055mm of the roofs surface.

How can I identify which inner blind and screen I have?
On select models you can identify the brand by the brand logo on the handle that separates the blind from the flyscreen. Alternatively, the outside of the window will have reference details printed on it that will help identify the brand and style of window.

My bus has a curved side. Is there windows available that have a curvature to match my bus wall?
There are currently no windows in the Australian market that come with a curvature.
