Great fridge Review by JustinThe CFX3 45 was the pick for me as it fits nicely in the back of my Ford Everest with plenty of room for the battery box behind. End opening lid was a must for me as I didn’t want a fridge slide to compromise the seven seat option in the back. The Engel 40 is just too tall for my liking. Tested on 3 night camping trip during recent heatwave with near 40degrees every day. Held temp well and my 140 ah battery didn’t drop below 85% using a 120w solar blanket top up for a few hrs each day. Very happy with the build and user interface. I like having the Bluetooth connected temp readings up on my phone screen when I’m in the car for longer drives. Wish I bought it earlier instead of stuffing around with ice and wet food in the esky.(Posted on 28 January 2021)
