What should I use to clean my ice box with?
Evakool recommend cleaning the ice box range with warm soapy water. They specifically advice not to use chemicals as that may affect the lining, as well as not to use an abrasive cloth.

Hello there, is this product suitable to keep food warm?
Hi Sam, an icebox is not designed to keep food warm. It is designed to keep ice frozen for as long as possible.
For warming, you could consider a Thermoelectric Cooler/Warmer product; many of these models have the capability to cool down to below around 20- 25 °C or heat to 55- 65 °C above the outside temperature.
These units will require electical power to run (either 240v or 12/24v).

Can this ice box hold wine bottles upright?
Hi There,
Yes a wine bottle should be able to stand upright in this icebox when empty.
However, as wine bottles can vary in size, we'd suggest measuring your bottles and comparing it to the internal height of 315mm just to be sure.
