For the wheel kit that goes with this Pramac generator: is it already fixed on the generator, or does it come separately and therefore I would assemble it to the generator?
Hi there, for this Pramac generator, the wheel & handle kit comes separately, with easy instructions for fitting to your generator unit.
For some other larger generators we stock, wheel kits are fixed in our workshop prior to dispatch.

What engine oil should I use with this Generator?
Hi - the generator requires standard engine oil; either 10W-30 or 10W-40.

Can I use this generator to charge my power tool batteries?
Hi there,
Charging battery packs is fine from a conventional generator, we'd recommend having a steady load on the generator and don't connect appliances that will cause the load to jump around during charging.

Excellent! Review by Steve ColeI purchased this generator to provide power on a building site for the 5 month duration of the job. The unit starts on 1st pull.... 1/2 pull actually, and is significantly quieter than the last 7kva Honda powered generator that I sold last year. The Italian alternator performs very well and I am very happy that this unit comes with 32amp 3 pin as standard. I run a long cable from this generator to site, and require the 32 amp plug so that I can use very heavy cable to avoid voltage drop over distance. We have been using this generator daily over the past month without issue. Last week I had two Hitachi demolition hammers running simultaneously all day from this unit, knocking out a reinforced concrete sub floor slab. The generator was very well priced, and was delivered by a very easy going and helpful courier. I am very happy with the product, service and price, and have already recommended Mygenerator to several clients and associates. Having owned and used many generators over the past 35 years, I would not hesitate to recommend this generator to anyone seeking a reasonably priced capable unit.(Posted on 10 July 2018)
