Renogy 200W 12V Lightweight Flexible Monocrystalline Solar Panel, 5 Year Warranty. The Renogy 200W Lightweight Monocrystalline Solar Panel enhances module efficiency while minimizing its weight. It is the perfect option for any off-grid solar system, especially for transportation applications such as RVs and boats. This solar panel frame features a lightweight substrate and laminate, perfect for outdoor applications.
This solar panel combines high efficiency (PERC) monocrystalline solar cells with half-cut cell technology to improve electrical performance and power generation efficiency. This panel comes with pre-drilled mounting holes, solar connectors, and a junction box that allows easy and fast installation.
Features:
-
High Power Output: The Renogy 200W Flexible Monocrystalline Solar Panel can provide an average of 1000 Watt-hours of electricity per day (caculates with 5 hours sunlight).
-
Easy to Transport, Carry and Install: The solar panel suits most curved surfaces as it is bendable within 240 degrees. It weighs only 1/2 of the rigid panel and presents an all-black glare-free appearance.
-
Industry-leading Tech: It is equipped with half-cut PERC cell technology that enhances solar light capture and electrical performance, therefore improving the output efficiency.
-
Reliable and Durable: This solar panel accomplishes with IP67 rated waterproof junction box and solar connectors. Withstand up to 5400 Pa of heavy snow load and up to 2400 Pa of high wind.
-
Ready for Installation: The panel comes with pre-drilled mounting holes and 12 AWG 27.6 inch long solar connector cables for quick and easy installation.

Product Q&A
-
How do I fix this to my roof? (MYG)
The panel has 6 eyelids, otherwise you can use a VHB double sided to secure to the roof.
-
What is the difference between a flexible solar panel and a fixed solar panel?
Both flexible and fixed solar panels have the same function of generating power from sunlight. A flexible solar panel are great for roofs that are curved, as they can adhere to those curves. They are also attached with double sided tape, rather than brackets. A fixed panel is best suited to a flat roof, these need to be bolt down with brackets.
-
Can I install a mix of fixed and flexible solar panels together?
You can, provided the specifications line up. There is no issue with wiring two different kinds of solar panels in parallel if they have the same voltage, however if the wattages are different the larger panel will only produce what the smaller panel produces.
-
Will I be able to walk on flexible solar panels?
We wouldn't recommend you do. Walking on a solar panel can result in significant pressure in small areas, which could lead to cracks and damage to the panel.
-
Why is the output from my solar panel low?
There are several reasons why solar panel performance could be compromised. Reduced power production is typically caused by environmental factors such temperature rise, overcast skies, indirect sunlight, and dirt and stain accumulation on the top glass.
-
In what manner (series vs. parallel) should I connect my solar panels to my circuit?
It will depend on your needs from the panels. Connecting panels is parallel will increase the overall wattage and amps, whereas connecting panels in series will increase the voltage. You will be best consulting an auto electrician to determine what is going to be best suited for your setup. Most more basic setups will run panels in parallel to the limit of the solar regulator.
-
How many solar panels should I have?
Determining the power load your system requires is the easiest approach to determine how many solar panels you need. If you are able to work out how much power you use, you can then get an idea on solar panels and what size regulator you'll need to match the panels.
-
Will this panel work in cloudy conditions?
Yes! Despite overcast weather, this Renogy solar panel remains functional due to its high-quality construction. Note that the output of the panel will decrease in cloudy conditions.
-
Are solar panels maintenance-free? Are my solar panels washable?
In general, solar panels need to be maintained since excessive accumulation of dirt or stains on the panels will decrease the output of the panels. You can clean the panels with a non-abrasive sponge and water to clean the panels.
