One of the hinges on the grill door has broken (right side looking at it). Is it possible to purchase a replacement hinge & fit it please?

If my grill pan handle gets hot, what can I do?

If the grill pan handle gets hot the handle is detachable and should be removed whilst the grill is in use.
My grill does not appear to light in the middle, is this an issue?

It is not an issue, it should not light in the middle. This is the design to promote even cooking.
Does the Thetford cooker have a flame failure installed?

Yes, the Thetford range of non portable cookers come with flame failure devices installed on valves.
Does the lid on the Thetford cookers shut the gas off?

Yes when the lid is closed the gas will automatically shut off.
Does Thetford make a cooker that runs on gas and electricity?

Yes check out the SCK43134Z, SCK42134Z, SHG42134Z, SOH71934Z all have an option of 1x 240v electric hot plate to save on Gas when connected to 240v power .

On choosing to go with the Thetford again, it was a no brainer, we hadn’t had any problems & it suited ou cooking style. Highly recommend this product
