• Outside temp about 20cel..fridge turned to ful drinks cool but not cold freezer just keeping food frozen. We plan to go to cape where the temp will be 30 plus what is wrong new van. Was working well on middle setting originally call me 0412136088asap

  We would highly recommend getting in touch with the caravan manufacturer for warranty assistanc if the van is new. They should be able to assist in rectifying your situation.

  If they cannot help, we'd also suggest contacting Camec Australia. They import these fridges and have repair agents around the country. Their number is 1300 422 632.

  Hi Neil,

  If you ran this fridge with a 240V adapter, you would not need to have the power go through the battery system. The adapter will covert 240V to 12V/24V.

  Hi There, After reviewing the sizing image on the site, the measurements would be as follows:

  The frame is not removable on this fridge as it is required for secure installation.

• Are there separate temperature controls for the fridge and freezer?

  There is only one control for both compartments. Temperatures in the fridge and freezer cannot be set independently.

• How can I assist with ventilation at the back of my Vitrifrigo?

  Ventilation is the key to having a compressor fridge performing at it's best. Ensuring you have vents on the back outer wall of the caravan where the fridge is installed helps remove hot air produced from the compressor. Alternatively installing an extra 12v Fridge Fan near the compressor to push the hot air out the vents is also a great addition.

• Can the door on this fridge be reversed?

  Yes the door is reversible.

• Does this fridge require ventilation?

  Yes! It is imperative you have sufficient ventilation at the backof the fridge. You can refer to the installation guide prior to purchase.

• Can this fridge run on 240v?

  No, this fridge is only 12/24v.
