What is the Infinity Port?
- Connects DELTA Pro to Smart Home Panel.
- Connects DELTA Pro to another DELTA Pro via the Double Voltage Hub.
- For EV charging, with the EV Charging Adapter.
-
How can I increase my battery capacity?
Connecting 2 DELTA Pros with a Double Voltage Hub or Smart Home Panel and adding 2 Extra Batteries to each DELTA Pro provide a capacity of 21.5 kWh.
-
Can I use multi charging with the Delta Pro
Using Multi-Charge, DELTA Pro has a maximum input of 6500W:
Smart Home Panel/240V Outlet/EV Charger + 1600W (4x400W) Solar Panels + Smart Generator/Solar Charge Controller.
-
What do the error codes on DELTA Pro mean?
301: Cell Under Voltage - Need a timely recharge
302: BMS Lost Connection - Reboot
303: INV Lost Connection - Reboot
102: Cell Under Voltage Alert - No discharge, timely recharge
077: Cell Voltage Differences are too great - Long press the power button for 10 seconds and wait for half an hour.
-
When does the fan work and when does it stop? (at what temperature)
Different power stations have various conditions that prompt the fan to start running of fan operation, for RIVER series, you can set that manually in the app, or set it to always be on.
For DELTA (1300), the fan will turn on when the internal temperature is greater than 45°C.
-
Can I connect EcoFlow power stations to my house electric panel directly?
Yes, but please note:
- The transfer switch should be connected to the power station's AC output port;
- You should disconnect the circuits from the grid before they are supported by the power station;
- The total power consumption of the circuits should not exceed the output power rating;
- The output will not be grounded if the power station is not connected to the grid.
-
Can EcoFlow power stations be charged by solar panels and the 12V car cigarette lighter at the same time?
No, this is because the car charging and solar charging cables share the same input (XT60 outlet).
-
Can I connect more than one power station together in series?
Yes, we recommend connecting 2 same units in series at most. Furthermore, please also note:
- The slave unit must be fully charged before being connected.
- Must not charge the main unit when the slave is connected.
-
Why can't I connect the DELTA to the app using bluetooth?
So far, DELTA Pro/Smart Home Panel/Solar Tracker have a bluetooth module and can connect to the app via bluetooth. Other models without bluetooth can connect to the app via IOT or Direct Connection.
-
How do I connect to the app ?
You can connect the power station to the app in two ways - Direct Connection mode or IOT mode.
-
How do I Calibrate the SoC?
Discharge the unit to 0%, then charge to 100% until there is no input.
-
My power pack won't fully charge to 100%
Perform three times SoC calibration by doing three complete charges and discharges.
-
Can the Unit Work With a Rough Sine Wave Generator?
No, it needs to be a pure sine wave generator.
-
Is Dual Charging (Solar Panels and Car Charger) Supported?
Solar charging and car charging share the same input port, so you cannot use them at the same time.
